A vacancy has arisen within our Facilities Department for a Maintenance Assistant.

Reporting to the General Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will join the Facilities team, ensuring that the company’s facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Carrying out work in line with best practice directives, the role involves undertaking a range of regular maintenance routines on a rota basis and general maintenance work, which also includes manual handling.

The successful candidate will be a ‘hands on’ individual who enjoys a varied role and, whilst training will be given, candidates should have experience in a similar role, as well as recognised qualifications in carpentry and/or painting and decorating.  Applicants must have good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.  A full, clean C1 driving licence is essential.

Hours of work: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
