MANAGEMENT SECRETARY - Planning & Corporate
 

A vacancy has arisen for a Management Secretary to support our Director of Planning & Corporate.

We are seeking a capable and self-motivated individual for this demanding and rewarding role working at a senior level within the organisation.  The successful candidate will have the desire and ability to digest and understand a variety of business issues.  Specific duties will include diary management, memo, letter and report composition, audio typing, management of email communications, along with the arrangements and administration associated with both in-house and external meetings.

The successful applicant should be experienced in similar secretarial/PA roles and have excellent organisation and communication skills.  In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Powerpoint are important, as is the ability to use Excel to an intermediate level.  A typing speed of 50wpm+ is required and accuracy must be to a very high standard. 

Hours of work: 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
