A vacancy has arisen within our Industrial Department for an UK Customer Services Co-ordinator.
Following the incorporation of the Non-Destructive Testing business into the Industrial Division, an exciting vacancy for a UK Customer Services Co-ordinator, to support this new market, has arisen.
Duties include order processing, UK sales management support, co-ordination of loans, order chasing, backlog maintenance, as well as dealing with incoming & outgoing calls and liaising with associated departments.
Applicants should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, enjoy working as part of a team and have an outgoing personality. Good written & verbal communication, and excellent organisational skills, are essential. Sales office experience would be an advantage.
Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm and 8.30am to 5.00pm
Monday to Friday on alternative weeks
