Site Support Services which, provide high standards of support to the company, staff and visitors at all KeyMed Southend sites, require two service-orientated staff to join the daytime team, whose duties include:

• Monitoring the company sites to help ensure high standards of health, safety and security
• Welcoming, directing and assisting staff, visitors and contractors, as well as commercial collections & deliveries
• Providing First Aid support
• Monitoring site and building access
• Assisting management with ad hoc support services on request

The successful candidates will be well presented, good communicators who are polite and courteous with a calm, friendly approach and will ideally have previous experience in a service-orientated, customer facing environment.  We are looking for individuals who have a fine eye for detail, are enthusiastic, flexible and able to show good initiative with a practical, logical approach. 

Applicants must posses good I.T. skills, have a full UK driving licence and be willing to complete and maintain a valid First Aid certificate.

Hours of work:    Monday to Friday on a two weekly rota,

5:30am to 2:00pm & 12:00pm to 8:30pm
