The Site Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of eight staff who provide 24 hour cover/7 days a week for the company’s three sites located in Southend on Sea.
Responsibilities include planning, implementing and monitoring deployment of the support team/resources to provide high standards of service to the company, staff and visitors, which will include:

Monitoring the company’s sites to ensure high standards of health, safety and security

Welcoming, directing and assisting staff, visitors and deliveries

Managing and monitoring site & building access

Assisting management with ad- hoc support services
The Site Support Manager will work with the Support Liaison Manager, to meet the business needs and be the first-line of response for out-of-hours emergencies.
The successful candidate must be confident, welcome challenges and have a successful track record in managing change, preferably with previous management experience in a service orientated environment. We are looking for someone who has a fine eye for detail, is enthusiastic, flexible and able to show good initiative with a practical, logical approach.
Applicants must posses good I.T. skills, have a full UK driving licence and be willing to complete and maintain a valid First Aid certificate.
Hours of work, in line with all the company’s managers, are 46.25 hours per week but times will vary according to business needs.
