We are seeking a highly committed & enthusiastic individual to join the multi-disciplined Industrial R&D team developing our range of High Speed Video cameras.

The role will encompass the entire lifecycle of the high speed video camera products, such as requirements capture, design, development, manufacturing transfer and maintenance.  Duties will include development of the digital hardware including Altera FPGAs, PCI Express, DDR3 memory control, high speed serial interfaces, digital video processing, signal integrity analysis and COM Express systems.  Additional duties include the use of Altera Quartus II, Aldec Active HDL and OrCad capture software tools.

The successful candidate must hold a degree, or equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, and have previous experience in digital electronics design and expert VHDL skills.  Knowledge of digital video systems is desirable.

Hours of work:   8.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
