In addition to having fully–equipped repair laboratories in Southend, Olympus KeyMed has a national network of field service engineers, strategically placed around Great Britain, to provide a rapid emergency or breakdown call-out service, as well as planned preventative maintenance visits under Service Contract, for equipment or systems that are too large to return to KeyMed House, Southend-on-Sea for repair.

Field engineers carry a comprehensive stock of repair parts backed up by inventory available from KeyMed House, Southend-on-Sea that can be couriered to them so the work can be completed the following day.
