Olympus KeyMed has always believed in maintaining a quality of after-sales service equal to that of its products – a philosophy shared by the team of over 80 fully trained engineers and technicians operating in three specialised laboratories in Southend to service and repair flexible & rigid endoscopes, accessories and electro-medical equipment for the UK.
Olympus KeyMed is based in Southend-on-Sea but with a national network of field service engineers, we can also ensure that when installed if equipment needs urgent attention, we can be on-site within a matter of hours.
The efficiency of these departments allows equipment to be repaired and returned to use in the shortest possible time, with minimal inconvenience to users.
