Snare Master Single-use Polypectomy Snares.
A wide choice of loop designs and sizes for varying clinical situations. |

|
Three loop designs are available; oval, crescent, and oval with spiral wire, giving versatility for different techniques.
The handle shaft of each model is marked in 5mm increments to indicate the snare throw opening and colour-coded to indicate channel compatibility.
SD-210U-10/15/25 Snare wire is designed with optimal stiffness to precisely capture polyps. Available in 10, 15 & 25mm loop diameters for 2.8mm channel sizes and above.
SD-221L/U-25 The thin, pliant crescent wire is suitable for EMRC procedures, allowing the flexible loop to be seated along the circumferential rim of the distal attachment. Suitable for channel sizes of 2.0mm and above. |

 |
SD-230U-20 The twisted wire design enables the snare to perform as if there were small barbs along the snare loop. This design, combined with the wire’s strong pushing force minimizes slipping when capturing mucosal lesions. Suitable for channel sizes of 2.8mm and above.

Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) for Upper GI Everything in one Convenient Package. |
 |
EMR enables resection of lesions in flat areas of the mucous membrane, providing endoscopists with a highly effective, minimally invasive alternative to more conventional solutions. The Olympus EMR Kit includes everything needed to perform EMRC (Endoscopic Mucosal Resection with transparent plastic Cap-fitted).
| The use of a transparent distal attachment and suction, following local injection of saline to produce an elevation of the mucosal lesion, offers several significant advantages over alternative techniques, including secure, slip-free capturing of the target mucosa, and resection of a wider area at one time. The distal attachment has an internal rim that allows easier positioning of the diathermy snare prior to resection. |

Each single-use set comprises all the items required for the procedure, including washing pipe, injection needle, crescent snare, and one of the four distal attachments (small or large / straight or oblique). |

Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) for Lower GI Everything in one Convenient Package. |
 |
With the incidence of colorectal cancer occurring at a higher rate compared to other cancers worldwide, early detection and treatment is essential. Lower GI endoscopy has already proven to be the most effective and accurate tool for the diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer, and with EMR, minimally invasive surgery can be performed.
Ideal for application in the lower digestive tract, this technique produces an elevation of the mucosal lesion through local injection of saline. This elevation is then strangulated and resected with an anti-slip, spiral wire electrosurgical snare. With the introduction of the anti-slip snare, this technique is now easily performed using a single-channel scope.
| This single-use kit from Olympus combines all the items necessary for single-channel EMR – the most suitable technique for the lower GI tract. Features including wide-range dye spraying, minimum puncturing, and anti-slip snaring, ensure maximum procedural efficiency with optimum results. The kit includes washing pipe, injection needle, and spiral wire snare. |
