Multi-3
Triple Lumen Balloon Catheters - Easy, Reliable 3-Step Balloon Inflation System
Olympus Multi-3
Use of triple-lumen balloon catheters is now standard for removal of biliary stones during ERCP.  Olympus has made this technique even more efficient and reliable with the Multi-3 Extraction Balloon.  The Multi-3 is supplied with three pre-measured syringes to assure fast, controllable balloon inflation to a known diameter.  The balloon and syringes are supplied sterile for single-use. Olympus Triple-Lumen Balloon Catheter
Three sizes available with one balloon

The guidewire and injection lumens are separate to ensure smoother guidewire passage, and contrast medium can be injected without removing the guidewire.
Two models are available – one with the injection port located above and the other with the port located below the balloon.
To allow control of the balloon position during fluoroscopy, two radiopaque bands are incorporated – one distal side of the balloon and the proximal.
Olympus Above and Below Injection Point
Above type                Below type

The sheath measures 7 Fr at the proximal end and 5 Fr at the distal end, providing compatibility with duodenoscopes having channels of 2.2mm and above.  This tapered design allows a less traumatic approach to the bile duct and accommodates 0.035” guidewires.

Single–use Retrieval Baskets - Reliable Retrieval with Single-use Convenience

The Olympus single-use retrieval basket line-up includes the new FlowerBasket design, with all models offering smooth insertion and efficient removal of small bile duct stones.
Olympus FlowerBasket

FG-401Q FlowerBasket
The Olympus FlowerBasket, with its unique multi-faceted basket, is designed especially for the capture and removal of small stones in the bile duct.  The bullet-shaped tip allows for smooth insertion and the integrated handle allows more precise control and manipulation of the basket.  A contrast media injection port facilitates fluoroscopic visualisation.  Compatible with channel sizes of 2.8mm and above.
Olympus FG-401Q FlowerBasket

FG-402Q/403Q Retrieval Baskets
The FG-402Q basket has stiffer wires than the FG-403Q, allowing them to be opened in the bile duct while maintaining the basket’s original shape.  The FG-403Q basket has more pliable wires that make it easier to release a stone from the basket.
In common with the FlowerBasket, each has a bullet-shaped tip for smooth insertion, an integrated handle for precise control and manipulation, and a contrast media injection port to facilitate fluoroscopic visualisation.  Compatible with channel sizes of 2.8mm and above.

FG-44NR Rotatable Rat Tooth Grasping Forceps
The alligator jaws with interlocking rat teeth at their distal ends make these reusable grasping forceps ideal for the removal of plastic biliary stents.  The rotatable jaw design allows for easier positioning when approaching the target object.
Constructed of easy-to-clean materials, the FG-44NR can be reprocessed by ultrasonic cleaning and autoclave sterilization.
