The Olympus range of EUS Miniprobes allows ultrasonographic examination using through-the-scope instrumentation with existing endoscopes.  Simply pass the probe through the channel of the scope and high-quality ultrasound images will result.

The narrow diameter of the Olympus Miniprobes makes it possible to assess lesions where ultrasonic endoscopes cannot advance, such as in strictures.

Additionally, the high frequencies available with the Miniprobes enable observation of subtle textures in early-stage lesions, while their size makes it possible to perform intraductal ultrasonography.

The entire range of Olympus Miniprobes may be used with both the EU-M2000 and EU-M30S processors and MAJ-935 Probe Driving Unit.

	MAJ-935 Probe Driving Unit The MAJ-935 is compatible with both EU-M2000 and EU-M60S EUS processors, and is necessary to drive any Olympus Miniprobe or rectal probe.  When used with DPR probes, the MAJ-935 allows for dual-plane reconstruction scanning, displaying radial and linear images simultaneously.
